One Account Per User: Each individual is permitted to hold only one mbi7 account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

KYC Verification: mbi7 implements a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to upload a copy of your identification document, bank statement, or other supporting documents at any time. Failure to complete the KYC process may limit your access to certain platform features, including fund withdrawals.

Account Closure by User: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the mbi7 customer support team. Before closure, all active requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be returned to you via the agreed method.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, mbi7 reserves the right to withhold any funds associated with the violating activity while an investigation is conducted and a final decision is made.
